If you are seeking assistance, it is because you desire to change something about yourself or your life, but likely don't quite know how to do it alone.

Depression, anxiety, phobias, past traumas, personal relationships, chronic physical pain and a myriad of other problems can rob your life of enjoyment, a sense of being grounded and that feeling of being in control of one's life. This situation can greatly hinder your day-to-day personal relationships and from achieving your full potential at work and at play.

I offer you my help with making changes to your attitude and outlook. Any change is possible, if you feel safe and understood. I am committed to seeing that the needed changes come about.

You can learn new understandings, new ways of viewing yourself and the world around you. I can assist you in acquiring those new ways and skills which will help you lead the kind of life that you want and be the kind of person you really desire to be.

It may have taken you a long time to reach a decision to seek help. It can be somewhat difficult to open up to a stranger and tell them things you have never told anyone else. Therefore, the right therapist is really important in achieving your goal.

It is not just a matter of finding a competent, well trained therapist, it is also about finding that someone that takes your best interests to heart and that can make you feel you are being genuinely understood.
